[TEPS 강좌] (컴퓨터) 통신하세요 ?

요즘 젊은이들이 즐기는 컴퓨터통신을 일반적으로 말할 때 쓰는
표현을 알아보자. (실전문제 청해 Part II)

M : I was up late last night.(어젯밤 늦게까지 못잤어)
W : What were you up to?(무슨 일인데?) Were you on line?
(통신했니?)
M : Yes, I was. I really enjoyed the over 30 Chat Room.
(그래, 채팅룸을 정말 즐길 수 있었어)
W : ____________________

(a) I wish I could have gone there with you.
(b) You must have had fun, then.
(c) You should come up with another reason.
(d) I hope you can drop me a line.

『컴퓨터 통신을 하세요?』는 『Are you on line?』이라고 한다.
어떤 사람이 전화통화 중일 때 물어보는 『Are you on the line?』과는
혼동해서는 안된다. 정답은 (b) 『그럼, 재미있었겠구나.』
