Former president Lee Myung-bak will publish a memoir early next month. The 800-page tome promises no stunning revelations since, according to aides, it deals chiefly with how policies were made during his administration.
The book also elaborates his views on the disastrous four-rivers mega project, diplomatic efforts vis-a-vis North Korea, as well as the process of overcoming the global financial crisis in 2008.
"Before my memory fades, I wanted to pass on vivid records of what I discussed and worked with my staff," Lee said.
The memoir is also to be published in Chinese.
