Mercedes-Benz will release its fully revamped C-Class series in Korea this month.
The C-Class is the carmaker's best-selling series, with more than 10.5 million units sold globally since its launch in 1982.
The company said Monday it will start selling two models of its sixth-generation C-Class -- the C200 4Matic Avantgarde and the C300 AMG -- later this month.
The new C-Class cars are equipped with a 48-volt mild-hybrid engine, which provides extra horsepower, as well as advanced driver assistance systems.
The C200 4Matic is priced at W61.5 million and the C300 AMG at W68 million (US$1=W1,230).
