Government To Support Linux

The Ministry of Information and Communication announced Tuesday that it will actively support a 'linux' technology development plan. Linux is a free computer operating system that can be downloaded off the internet which many people view as a serious challenge to Microsoft's MS-DOS. The ministry will organize a committee that will study ways to develop linux into a variety of usable programs in various different fields of application.
