The Tower Hotel's Chinese restaurant, "Manboknim" makes "buchu chapchae" as a winter special. "Buchu" are leeks and "chapchae" are Chinese noodles with vegetables. Buchu, also called "yanggicho" since ancient times, has been known as a health promoting plant and Manboknim is introducing new dishes using this unique vegetable. Buchu chapchae with beef has a tender and good taste. "Guanja buchu chapchae" is cooked with fresh scallop, fresh from the West Sea. "Buchu chapchae" with shrimp has a good taste and is also very healthy. These food doesn't only taste good but also make you healthy during the winter.
